Calgary Speed Dating - Policy on Privacy:
We offer our clients anonymity by dealing only on a first names bases (and occasionally the first initial with first name duplicates) at any event. You will receive a card at the event which you will specify how you would like your matches to contact you - that is the only information given out the next day.
Upon arrival at an event, during event table registration you will be asked to provide your driver's licence to confirm birth dates. We will record the birth month and year only for the purpose of confirming ages to keep the integrity of the events. All information is kept strictly for our records and will NOT be shared with any other individual or company.
We don't collect any credit card information directly, rather you will be taken to a secure credit payment site. We are in the process of changing over to a more sophisticated on-line payment centre.
Calgary Speed Dating - Policy on Refunds:
Pre-payment is the only way to secure a seat at any event.
If you have paid for an event and are unable to attend, notify us ASAP.
Notify us at least 48 hours before your event. You will be credited to another event or feel free to send a friend. If you cancel the day of the event or don't show, you forfeit your payment.
If you come to an event and choose to leave for any reason, you forfeit your payment.
Calgary Speed Dating - Policy on Staff and Participant Treatment:
Calgary Speed Dating will not tolerate any mistreatment to staff or other participants.
Anyone acting with disrespect will be asked to leave.
